Soooo, pretty much the only thing on my mind right now is all my frickin homework. I have so many things all at once to do and seriously no time to do it. Its also really hard when your in a soroity too because you have so many unexpected meeting you have to attend and they sometimes take forever. Don’t get me wrong tho, I love pledging for my soroity but its just a little overwhleming because classes give out so much homework. But sometimes maybe I think its not the amount of homework, but the way it catches up to you. Like in highschool I just procastinated and that’s why I was so stressed most of the time. But now I thought I spread my homework out decently; apparently not? I have this english homework to do, get soroity things done, attend soroity meetings that are most of the time unexpected, study for upcoming exams, and on top of all that my only black heels broke and I have an event to attend on friday. So now I have to figure out how im going to get black heels with no time, no car, and no decent stores around here!!! Ughhh this sucks sooooo bad. At times like these I wish I was back home so I can just jump in my car and go borrow shoes from my friend or go to the mall that’s 10 minutes away and shop at GOOD stores. I knew college was going to be hard but I never knew that no matter what your pretty much always going to be stressed. Even if you pace yourself with homework and don’t procrastinate. I figured out from my first month here that the homework will always catch up to you at the worst times. So the only thing you can do is be ready for it and take it like a champ.
Agreed with sorority life taking over, it's so hard to balance the two... Homework here is ridiculous. And there's never a day where there's nothing to do for any classes. That's the most annoying part. When you turn in one project, that day the teacher gives out another one to start working on
